Here are samples of websites I’ve created in 2020 for small businesses, non-profit organizations and home-businesses for clients in the Delaware area. Some were referrals from my other customers and several found me online by searching for “web designer in wilmington” and similar Google searches. Refer me to anyone starting a business or who is in need of better results from their marketing efforts!
Andy’s Pressure Wash (SEO Package)
Webmaster Ray re-designed Andy’s Pressure Wash, of Middletown, DE website earlier in 2020. More recently, he provided an SEO package to increase Google rank and overall search engine optimization. The SEO included improved page titles and text, incorporating keywords. It also included better integration with Google My Business profile and Google Analytics, through the inclusion of additional coding.
If you are looking for a quick, effective, and thorough cleaning of your home or business, then you need the professional pressure cleaning services of Andy’s Pressure Cleaning LLC. Based in Middletown, DE, Andy’s Pressure Cleaning LLC will come to your location on-site to clean your property.
Webmaster Ray created the Reflection website for Certified Life Coach Johnnie Everett. He provides Personal Coaching, Spiritual Coaching, Relationship Coaching, Group Coaching and Youth Coaching in the Delaware area. The website incorporates his existing logo with explanation of each of his service areas and great testimonials from clients.
His introduction starts with:
“Being a life coach isn’t just a job or gig for me, it’s a divine purpose. There’s times in our lives where we need someone to push us and help us overcome our toughest times or even make wiser decisions. I’ll commit to being that support system you’ll need along your journey. A better life is one decision away. Throughout life we’ve been taught valuable lessons and had a lot of memorable experiences that shaped us into the men and women we are today. It’s time to apply each of those tokens to your reality and create a life that you deserve to live.”
St. James’ Episcopal Church website was in need of renovation, so Webmaster Ray re-organized and re-built existing pages while adding contact form, photo gallery, donation page and a sidebar to help visitors find what they needed. There are now better representative photos of each of their ministries.
They had been referred by another Episcopal parish, whom Ray designed a site for and both in the Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington area. “A friendly, caring faith community, St. James’ offers meaningful worship in an intimate setting. Outreach and ministry are thriving and part of the parish culture.”
Webmaster Ray redesigned The Neighborhood Mailbox website. The primary reason was to move to more affordable web hosting, but we took advantage by making the site more mobile-friendly and added more personalized images and text.
As the owner states, “The Neighborhood Mailbox offers dependable mailbox rental, packing, shipping and a variety of office services to your satisfaction. Customer service is our first priority. Because we know you’re busy, we get you in and out with fast and efficient service. No more standing in line endlessly at the Post Office. Most importantly, you will receive service with a smile.”apta
APTA Delaware, local chapter of The American Physical Therapy Association, required redevelopment and a new web host. Incorporating their logo, colors, specific fonts, and existing blog, Webmaster Ray enhanced the appearance and added functionality so they could maintain the site themselves.
APTA Delaware represents approximately 500 physical therapists, physical therapists assistants and students in the Delaware area. Our leadership is composed of an executive committee, those elected officers and appointed committee chairs who volunteer to keep the association running.

Search Engine Optimization improves your rank in Google, Bing and other search engines and online directories.

Even a simple Customer Loyalty Rewards program will convert more one-time buyers into regular customers for more residual income! You likely take part in one or more Rewards Programs right now. It may be a punch card for the local pizza shop, a mobile app for your favorite hair salon or a phone-number that you tell the cashier during each purchase.
Small businesses in particular can craft or personalize their program directly to their market niche, setting them apart from the competition. You work hard and spend money to advertise to bring prospects in the door. Steps to make them regular customers:
Attract more website traffic, calls, emails and foot traffic to your business by creating a short marketing video. Just like a TV commercial, it will attract attention over and over again. Posting it on YouTube or Vimeo, it can attract visitors directly from that platform, giving you a new audience to target. And then embedding in your website makes it useful to anyone who visits due to any of your marketing campaigns.
