PR at 2008 New Jersey Marathon


Running has become my passion, since I began the adventure in 2002 upon turning 40 years old. I hope this site can be motivational for anyone who visits. Email me with questions or comments.   Get fit!  Stay healthy!

May 2008: 3:13:12 personal record at New Jersey Marathon in my 12th 26.2 mile race!   2nd place in age group!

October 2007: 3rd Delawarean out of 165 at Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, D.C. on 10/28/07.

September 2007: Rock'n'Roll Half Marathon in Va. Beach (with some Rebel Runners buddies, with a 10 Miler in Delaware the next week.

April 2007: Strong race at Big Sur Intl Marathon on CA coast.

April 2006: For the 2nd straight year, joined elite athletes to run the most prestigious distance event in the world, the Boston Marathon.
I beat last year's time with a blistering 3 hr. 22 minute run (top 21% of over 19,000 finishers).
